Letter to Lieutenant Colonel Stephen Lush regarding the traiterous acts of Chittenton. The letter does not provide enough information to fully understand this reference. Clinton also discusses a letter from Marinus Willett, commander of the regiment of New York Levies. The Levies will be used to complete a batallion of Continental Line soldiers.
